Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
Our products cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. we ask all customers to choose carefully for this reason.

If for some reason a product is damaged during transport, we will request a photo of the damaged product to be emailed to us for assessment. Once the return has be approved we will arrange either a replacement item or a credit to your customer account. The damaged product can then be discarded only after approval has been given.

WHEN does a damaged goods claim need to be submitted?
For orders that are shipped a claim needs to be submitted within 24hours of receiving.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Damaged items once approval has been given can be discared with your rubbish.

HOW do customers return items?
As noted our products cannot be returned.

Instore return option?
All purchased products whether it be from one of our retailers or online cannot be returned due to the food safety requirements. We advise all customers to choose carefully for this reason as returns will not be accepted.
