Ordering & Shipping

Ordering:

Our valued customers can purchase our sauces either here online or via one of our retailers.

For retailers please go to the “Our Retailers” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.

Purchasing online can be done in a couple different ways.

The first is you simply select the product or products you wish to purchase and then proceed to the checkout where you will enter all you details for shipping and make your payment through your preferred method. Once payment has been received your items will be dispatch.

The second and more beneficial method is the register as a customer prior to making any purchases. This gives you many benefits over just purchasing as a guest customer.
Some of these benfits include:
– You can update your details anytime if you move or wish orders to be shipped to a different location
– Being able to login and see what you have purchased in the past.
– Having access to specials and discounts from time to time.
– Being a member entitles you to the loyalty program where you gain loyalty points for each purchase that can then be redeemed for items.
These are just a couple of the benefits of becoming a member.
Once you have joined you can then make your purchases as you feel fit in the same manner as anyone else other than all your delivery information will be automatically inserted.

Shipping:

We have several options for shipping of aroders for you the customer to select from. These include, Pickup, Australia Post regular and signature on delivery, and Express Courier. The cost for shipping will be displayed for you once you have entered your post code, this can be done in the check out or when you looking at products so you can establish costs.

We currently only ship orders within Australia with no international shipping provided at this point.

Shipping can take anywhere from overnight to 7 days depending on your location, Once your purchase has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can monitor the prgoress of your delivery.

If your order is to be shipped to a Po Box this can only be done using the Australia post options. We do not ship to freight forwarders, armed forces of AFPOs. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

By purchasing online with Oksana’s Kitchen you grant Oksana’s Kitchen and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Oksana’s Kitchen from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

Shipping Delays:

Shipping can be delayed for a number of reasons some of which are listed below but not limited to this list:
– Public Holidays
– Traffic delays
– Incorrect address details provided
– Declined Payments
– Special circumstance requested by customer

Shipping and Delivery only occur Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.
No Shipping takes place on weekends or Public Holidays.
No deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays
Special requests can be made for deliveries outside the above however this may inccur additional charges and cannot always be guaranteed.

Packaging:

All our products that require shipping are packaged with biodegradable corn starch packaging beads, these beads can de disposed of without any concern for the environment they break down very quickly in water and the environment.

The boxes we use are part of Visy’s recycled product line where the majority of the card board comes from recycled products.

Our aim is to provide packaging that supports environmental practices with as little impact on the environment as possible.
